The owners take pride in their hotel, and it really shows. Very clean and very friendly. Would far rather stay here again than one of the big chain hotels.
Winkys is proof that a traveller can find a treasure (and save some money!) if you look beyond the major hotel brands. The property is maintained and cared for by its owners with love and pride. It's quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I stayed there when passing through Estevan "outbound," and again on my way home. The owners are on site to take care of any questions and concerns, but all I had to do was check in and make myself at home. Everything was perfect. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate that Dave and Janet are dedicated not just to maintaing the property, but to building and maintaining their outstanding reputation. Their care really shows.
Amazing people my truck broke down. They recommend me to a shop even draged my truck there. Rooms are clean. Amazing prices very understanding people. You really feel the small town canadian hospitality. Hard to find people like this these days. 10/5 Stars for sure

Owners are extremely friendly, down to earth, and obviously care about the upkeep of this place. Rooms are extremely clean. Netflix and small fridge available. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed a night here travelling through Estevan en route to Saskatoon from the US. Absolute hidden gem of a place conveniently located right off the highway. Cost-effective and affordable, the room was cozy, clean, quiet, and had everything you need. Not to mention how friendly the owners are. Certainly surpassed my expectations for a budget motel. Definitely recommend this place if you're travelling through the area.
